Spiritual storms rarely announce themselves with courtesy. Sometimes the sky looks clear, life feels normal, and then suddenly pressure comes against your mind, your home, your faith, or your relationships. Jesus warned Peter that a storm was coming—not to scare him, but to prepare him.
God’s warnings are gifts of mercy. When He stirs your spirit, convicts your heart, or calls you to pay attention, it is not because He wants you anxious. It is because He wants you awake.
The enemy’s goal is to sift, scatter, and shake. But Jesus’ prayer for Peter was that his faith would not fail. That is still His desire for you. The storm may be real, but so is the intercession of Christ. You are not entering the battle alone.
