Fear Is Not From God

Dr. Tatum began with a simple but searching question: “What scares you?” Fear is a real feeling, but it is not a gift from God. God does not give His children torment, dread, or cowardice. Instead, He gives power, love, and a sound mind.
Fear tries to distract us from Jesus and pull our attention toward our problems. But God has equipped us to stand firm. Whatever is causing anxiety, dread, or intimidation today, remember this: it did not come from your Father. His gifts strengthen you, steady you, and help you walk in faith.
