When God’s People Gather
Scripture
“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” — Matthew 18:20, KJV
Devotion
Pastor Darren began by celebrating the sound of God’s people worshiping together. He described the voices in the room like a roar, a reminder that something powerful happens when the body of Christ gathers in unity.
Worship is not just music. It is agreement. It is faith rising together. It is the people of God declaring that He is worthy, present, and able. When believers lift their voices as one, the atmosphere changes because our focus shifts from our problems to the presence of God.
There is strength in gathering. There is encouragement in hearing others worship. Sometimes your faith may feel weak, but when you stand among believers and hear them declare God’s goodness, your own heart is reminded: God is still moving.
Reflection
Where do you need to re-engage with the body of Christ?
How can you add your voice, your faith, and your worship to what God is doing among His people?
