God Equips the Called

Jeremiah 1:7-8 (NLT) - The LORD replied, “Don’t say, ‘I’m too young,’ for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you. And don’t be afraid of the people, for I will be with you and will protect you. I, the LORD, have spoken!”
Devotion
Jeremiah doubted his abilities as God’s messenger, but God reassured him of His divine presence and empowerment. We too must rely on God’s strength rather than our own limitations.

When have you felt unqualified for a task, but God saw you through? How can you embrace God’s promises in times of self-doubt?

Almighty God, thank You for equipping me for the tasks You place before me. Help me to trust in Your capability more than my limitations. Amen.
