Confronting Bitterness with Joy

Hebrews 12:15 (NLT) "Look after each other so that none of you fails to receive the grace of God. Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up to trouble you, corrupting many."
Devotion
Bitterness can quickly snuff out the joy in our lives, creeping in through unresolved hurts and disappointments. Just as a root of bitterness can grow beneath the surface, so can the joy of the Lord if we nurture and protect it. Let's choose to embrace the joy that dispels bitterness.
